Subject: Revocation of Partnership and Dissolution of the Firm “CLIMBXPERT”

This public notice is hereby issued to inform all concerned parties, clients, vendors, institutions, and the general public that the partnership firm “CLIMBXPERT”, previously constituted between Mr. Bablu Kumar, Mr. Amit Kumar, and Ms. Sheela Nag, has been formally revoked and dissolved with immediate effect, i.e., from 08 December 2025.

Following the dissolution:

1. The partnership deed executed between the aforesaid partners stands terminated and the firm shall not undertake any further business activities, contractual dealings, or financial transactions henceforth.

2. No individual, including former partners, is authorised to represent, operate, transact, or communicate on behalf of the dissolved firm “CLIMBXPERT” from the date of dissolution.
   Any such act, if carried out, shall be considered unauthorised, illegal, and solely at the personal responsibility and liability of the individual concerned.

3. The undersigned partners have initiated necessary procedures for closure of GST registration, bank accounts, and all applicable statutory compliances related to the dissolved firm.

All parties dealing with the firm are advised to take note of this dissolution and refrain from engaging in any business or communication in the name of “CLIMBXPERT”.

This notice is issued without prejudice to the rights and legal remedies available to the undersigned partners.
